Sleep - great, if you have a 9 p.m. snuggle with your duvet and no problem if you come to life with all the nocturnals! Understanding and working with your personal biorhythms is the secret.
Activity - a synch if you adore the gym and do not despair if you are time poor or would rather watch paint dry! There are plenty of seemingly small steps that if taken regularly, can lead to significant improvement.
Diet - wonderful, if you definitely get your ‘5 a day’ and there is hope if the thought of eating ‘green things’, seems slimy! Whilst content is important, so is portion size and frequency.
